Julia Grissett is the founder and owner of ACEC (Arts, Culture and Education Consulting, LLC) and is a Management Consultant at the North Highland Company. She has led or been involved with project management, grants management, public sector consulting, business process analysis, strategy work, enterprise-wide IT implementations, communications, market research, master data management and data governance, staff and volunteer recruitment and retention, and change management. Additionally, she is certified in Prosci Change Management, which is her current primary research area.
Julia obtained her Masters in Arts Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Violin Performance from Florida State University.
